Burpee Hurdles

Space hurdles out with enough room to perform a pushup in between them. Start with a burpee then jump over the hurdle. As you go down onto your hands make sure you reach far enough forward so you can hop your feet back as you go into pushup position with out hitting the hurdle behind you.
