Balance on one leg with the other leg elevated and bent at the knee. With balancing leg slightly bent at the knee (for support and mobility) and back flat, bend forward at the waist until hand almost touches the floor and extend bent knee backwards behind you. Use arms for momentum to move torso up and down. Brace core, keep back straight. Repeat on other leg.
