Before beginning, face away from the TRX with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold handles in front of chest with arms extended so the TRX straps are fully lengthened, there should be no slack. Begin, by leaning forward and lowering your chest to the handles in a push-up. Make sure your body stays straight and engaged. Once chest has touched hands, press arms back to start position. Repeat.
