Grip the TRX handles with both hands in an overhand grip with palms facing down. Lean forward, keeping your body in as straight a line as possible with your elbows bent so that your hands are over your head. Slowly, straighten your elbows over your head, keeping your body in a straight line and hold briefly. Bend elbows back to starting position and repeat.
