Band Lunge Rotation

Start in a standing position with the TRX trainer grasped firmly. Your outside leg will be doing the lunging motion while the inside leg will be challenged for balance. If the anchor of the TRX is to your left, start by lunging your right foot backwards and complete a regular lunge. As you bring your right foot up, keep weight on your left heel, rotate the TRX trainer in a swinging motion while keep your core tight. As the TRX rotates farther away from the anchor it will create greater resistance and become a balance challenge, all in the same action.
