Single Leg Get Up Pull Up

Start by standing on left leg, lower body onto box, as you squat off of the box explosively jump and grab pull up bar, complete a pull up repetition. As you lower body from pull up, release and let go of pull up bar, LAND on RIGHT foot, complete squat to box and jump off right foot, do a pull up, to complete second repetition.
