Place both feet in the TRX System with a BOSU Ball (or Pad) in front of the client. Place elbows on BOSU, keep hips raised in a functional position (prevent back arching). Hinge from the elbows backwards to a comfortable and applicable distance, then bring the body forward (movement from the core and elbows) to the starting position. Arguably one of the best core exercises, but can be relatively tough to learn proper body positioning for the duration of the movement as a client tires.
