TRX Body Saw Push Up Knee Tuck

Place feet in the TRX system. With upper body in a push up position, hinge backwards into a body saw. Bring body forwards (core focus) and complete one push up. Immediately apon finishing push up, knee tuck (bring knees to chest) and return back to the starting (push up) position. Advanced exercise. To progress exercise add extra repetitions to any of the three-in-one exercises. For instance, one body saw, two push ups, three knee tucks could be used as one repetition.
