Using sliders, place feet onto them and present body in push up position. Make sure to keep body in good posture throughout the entire exercise (do not arch lower back). Walk body forward using hands, keep legs straight and push feet down onto the sliders to keep from losing them. After ‘walking’ forward to desired distance, complete same motion in reverse to get back to starting positon.
