Cam Newton Free Motion Row

Grab the Free Motion handles, lower body into a squat. Maintain an upright posture with shoulders back and head in a neutral position. Body positioning should look just as if the client is sitting in a chair. Pull the cables down focusing on the Lats. To increase difficulty try alternating arms rather then pulling both at the same time. If necessary use a spotter to ensure proper body positioning and safety.
