Monthly Challenge #1- 5 Rounds for time!
Med Ball Slams- Side to side for a total of 10 slams
No Push Up Burpee- reps are 10 first round, then 8,6,4,2 after the 10 slams each round
From the standing position, slam a Dynamax MB on one side of your feet. Catch the ball off the bounce, lift MB over head and slam on opposite side. Continue for a total of ten slams
No Push Up required. Start standing, place hands in front of feet. Hop feet back then back in and stand. Total of 10 reps for the first round. Then 8,6,4,2 on the following rounds.
