Start in plank position on hands. Rotate hips and drive knee to opposite elbow. Return foot to starting position and immediately switch sides.

Place a weighted medicine ball on the ground. Start standing with feet shoulder width apart. Tap butt to the ball then jump and hop feet together as you stand. Your feet must leave the ground. Feel the BURN and count the number of reps you can get in one minute!
