Shoulder Depressions
Start with feet shoulder width apart and arms raised straight over your head.
Slowly bring arms down while bending elbows and dropping shoulders down and back.
Raise arms back up overhead and repeat.

Shoulder Circles
Start with feet shoulder with apart and arms out in a "T" position.
Slowly rotate arms in a circular motion while keeping arms straight.
Continue until 45-second time is up.
