Perform each movement for 45 seconds with 15 seconds in between, for a total of 3 minutes!

Rotational Woodchop
Start with feet shoulder width apart and both hands on one side of your body.
Slowly bring arms up and across your body while rotating your hips and ankle.
Peform 5 repetitions then switch sides.

Stand tall with weight in heels.
Take a wide step to your right, bend right knee and reach for right foot.
