Progressive Bicycle Elbow Tap
Start with one leg pulled in and the other straight out. Then perform 1 elbow tap on each leg followed by 2 tap to each leg then 3 all the way to 10 taps per leg. Make sure you rotate your trunk and not just swing your elbows. Lift your shoulders as you bring elbows to leg and just enjoy the burn!

Push Up Jacks
Start in push-up position with hands inside shoulder-width and feet spread wide. Complete a push-up, as you raise body upwards move hands to outside shoulder-width, kick feet inwards so legs are together. Modification is do push-up with knees on the ground (please place mat under knees). Each push-up is one repetition.
