Floor Chest Press w/ Barbell

Lie with back on floor, barbell in hands with arms straight out above the chest. Bend knees and place feet flat on ground. Once in start position, slowly lower barbell down to chest area until upper arms lay flat on the ground (barbell should not touch chest), immediately push barbell back up to starting position. Repeat.
