Sled Pull

Secure desired weight plates onto the sled. Attach rope to front of sled. Hold the other end of the rope (fully extended) as far from the sled as possible. Face sled, straddling either side of the rope, gripping it tightly (hips and knees bent with legs well spaced apart for stability). Pull the sled toward you with hand-over-hand action at highest speed possible, until the sled is up close to you and you're out of rope.
