Lateral Hurdle

To begin, stand sideways next to the hurdle in the profile position. Keep your knees and feet together. Bend both knees, keep legs together and jump sideways over the hurdle(s). When you come down on the other side of the hurdle, immediately jump back over the hurdle. Repeat.
