Russian Twist

Sit on the ground and rock back on your tailbone, leaning your shoulders back slightly. Keep your hands together and slowly twist your torso to the right (without twisting/wrenching your back), then to the left, going back and forth. *To make it tougher, keep your heels off the ground. If your balance is off or if you're later on in your pregnancy, keep your heels on the ground and lean back more
