Floor Chest Press w/ DB

Lie with back on floor, dumbells in hands with arms straight out above the chest. Bend knees and place feet flat on ground. Once in start position, slowly lower both dumbbells down to chest area until upper arms lay flat on the ground (weights should not touch chest), immediately push weights back up to starting position. Repeat.
