Begin in a push up position with each hand placed on a dumbbell on the floor. Perform a push-up while holding the dumbbells on the floor. When you return to starting position pull one arm back off the floor towards chest in a row position then return your arm back to the floor. Then alternate by pulling your opposite arm off the floor up towards your chest in a row position. Return that arm to the floor. Complete with a pushup and repeat exercise for desired amount of reps.
