Stand straight with feet hip width apart, holding medicine ball in front of your body. To begin, raise the medicine ball above your head and then aggressively slam the ball down and across your body, outside your left foot, while keeping your torso forward. Squat down and raise the ball back up and over your head and then slam the ball across the other side of your body. Repeat,
