Overhead Med Ball Throws

Stand straight, feet hip width apart, knees relaxed while holding the medicine ball in front of you. Raise the med ball up and behind your head, then forcefully throw the med ball forward as far as possible. Grab the med ball and repeat until desired reps have been completed.
