Overhead Throw w/ Rotation

Begin by facing parallel (sideways) to the wall and holding a med ball at waist level. Rotate body towards the wall and as you rotate explosively swing med ball up and overhead, throw the med ball against the wall. Rotate back foot as you throw med ball.
