Stand with your body parallel/sideways to a wall with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Pick up a medicine ball and hold it at the hip farthest away from the wall. With core and glutes engaged, rotate your body (Leading with your shoulder) toward the wall and throw the medicine ball at the wall with as much force as possible. When the ball bounces back from the wall, pick it up and quickly repeat on both sides.
