Begin by hanging in a hollow body position from a pull up bar with shoulders beside your ears and feet off the floor. Using your core, pull your thighs upwards with straight legs, towards your chest and swing toes toward the bar. Touch toes to the bar and then lower the legs back to the starting position and repeat.
