Woodchop Wall Ball

Begin by holding a medicine ball and facing sideways/parallel to a wall with a wide stance and slightly bent knees. Holding the medicine ball with straight arms over the shoulder that is farthest away from the wall. Throw the ball downward at the base of the wall as hard as possible. Catch the ball as it comes off of the wall and quickly return to the starting position. Repeat. Make sure to rotate leg farthest away from the wall as you throw the ball.
