Crowhop Med Ball Toss

The goal is to always start from the same spot, about 10 feet from the wall. Laterally shuffle as you prepare to launch the ball. Bring the medball from your opposite hip and throw it across your body and against the wall. As you release the ball make sure to continue the full range of motion and follow through with your throw. Jump back to the starting spot, try to beat the ball back. Pick the ball up once again and prepare to toss that thing again.
