Plank Sled Pull

Attach battle rope to sled. Start in a push up position at opposite end of battle rope. Keep three points on the ground (legs and opposite arm) and pull the sled towards your boy. Start with light weight on the sled, this is a difficult exercise and will be tiring depending on how long the battle rope is. Prepare for great trap and shoulder pump.
