Sled Pull from Back

Tie a battle rope onto a sled, lay on the ground with the opposite end of the rope, grasp firmly and start pulling that weight towards you. Place feet firmly on the ground and keep shoulders at a comfortable level (do not raise or pull excessively with one or the other). Hand over hand pull the sled but make sure to keep an eye for where the sled is or else you'll get a nice bruise on your noggin.
