Dynomax Ball Slams

Begin by standing with your knees slightly bent, shoulder width apart, holding a medicine ball overhead, with your arms at full extension. Bend forward at the waist and use your core muscles and slam the ball into the floor about a foot in front of you. Pick up the ball and raise it over your head once more, jumping once at the top of the movement, then slam the ball into the ground again, repeat.
