Step Up to Pull Up

Place box (or bench) about a foot away from pull up bar. Place left foot on box, step up on box and jump off of the left foot, grab the pull up bar and complete a pull up. Progress exercise by completing more repetitions of each exercise (Example: complete three step ups, jump to pull up bar and complete three pull ups).
