Cam Newton Free Motion Single Leg RDL Raise - Using a moderately light weight.. Have the client stand on one leg. The working arm should be the opposite side of the body (For example, LEFT leg on the ground, Right hand should be holding the Free Motion cable). Single Leg Romanian Deadlift to start the exercise by kicking the back leg straight behind (parallel to the ground) maintain a neutral spine and neck. As the client comes out of the RDL, front raise the cable (focusing on the shoulder) and drive the opposite knee up and into 90 degrees.

Cam Newton Free Motion Row - Grab the Free Motion handles, lower body into a squat. Maintain an upright posture with shoulders back and head in a neutral position. Body positioning should look just as if the client is sitting in a chair. Pull the cables down focusing on the Lats. To increase difficulty try alternating arms rather then pulling both at the same time. If necessary use a spotter to ensure proper body positioning and safety.

Reverse Lunge w/ Shoulder Raise - Begin by standing with feet shoulder width apart holding dumbbells or kettlebells in each hand. Step backwards with one leg (keeping it straight) and bend the knee of the other leg while keeping it in the starting position. Bend both knees and lower into a lunge, raising your arms (keeping them straight) in front of you to shoulder height as you lower your legs. Lower the arms back to your sides and use the back leg to push yourself back to the starting position. Repeat with other leg.

TRX Push Up Knee Tucks - Place feet in the TRX straps so that toes are pointed toward the floor. Using your arms, push yourself up into a plank position so your entire body is suspended with only your palms making contact with the floor. Brace your core and keeping your back flat, slowly lower your body to the ground in a traditional push-up movement, as your body rises out of the push up bring both of your knees into your chest. Extend your knees back behind you and in to the starting position. Repeat.
